Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine of recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods One hundred patients in our hospital from April 2003 to July 2013, recurrent respiratory tract infection, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each. The control group were treated by western medicine of infection treatment of recurrent respiratory tract, oral transfer factor oral liquid,a month,a course of treatment, continuous take two courses; on the basis of the comtral group, the observation group patients added plus yellow stilbene Fangfeng powder,a month for a course of treatment, continuous with two courses. Results Effective control of repeated respiratory infection in two patients after treatment; the trace elements of zinc were observed in patients treated with immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.05), the treatment effect was better than that of the control group(P0.05). Conclusion The treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection can enhance the immune ability of patients with respiratory infection with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,reduce the incidence of a disease.
