Abstract

Successful supply chain management requires the integration of cross-functional processes, including the internal key processes of enterprise and the external networks that compose the supply chain of enterprise. The supply chain management pays close attention to the relationship management and performance improvements. This paper lists eight processes of the supply chain management in order to elaborate that the supply chain management is an integrated process, and the successful practice of the eight processes can make the enterprise acquire competitive superiorities in strategy planning and operation.
