Current Research on Implementation Strategy of Supply Chain Management in Military Enterprise

With the development of information technology,supply chain management which is a new enterprise management mode has become the effective method to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on analysis of the present situation and problems of supply chain implementation,this paper discussed how to improve and deepen the supply chain management under the aspects of building integration platform, controlling the selection, standardizing the management and process optimization, and then it put forward an conclusion that only choose the supply chain management software which suit military enterprise itself best an make an innovative and competent supply chain management mode which is compatible with the strategic target of the development.
