Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Gexiazhuyu decoction on the levels of NO, ET-1, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in rats with hepatic cirrhosis. Methods The rat models with hepatocirrhosis were established with seretin, routine diet and alcohol. After the models were successfully set up, the rats were divided into normal control group, model control group, high-dose Gexiazhuyu decoction group, low-dose Gexiazhuyu decoction group and compound Biejiaruangan tablets group. The levels of ET-1, NO, TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1α were detected and statistics analysis was conducted. Results The levels of ET-1, NO, TXB2,6-Keto -PGF1α in high-dose Gexiazhuyu decoction group was significantly lower than those in other three groups (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion Gexiazhuyu decoction can recover the normal diastolic and contractile state of vascular smooth muscle, and improve the hemodynamic of liver by inhibiting effectively the generation of No and ET-1. Gexiazhuyu decoction can reduce considerably the content of serum TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α; regulate the ratio of the two factors to suitable effective concentration, in order to eliminate the aggregation of blood platelet and thrombosis as well as improve micro circulation of liver.
