Analysis of the cost-effectiveness ratio of green building is one of the crucial contents in the green building assessment.With the development of green building in China,more and more people put their attention on the incremental cost of green buildings.The techniques and cost-effectiveness ratio of green buildings were analyzed.The construction cost was controlled by optimizing design and the target of lower incremental cost and energy consumption,payback period of green building's incremental cost will reduce under the premise of comfortable living conditions.
