Influencing Factors of Incremental Cost in Green Building

The development of the green building has great potentials in our country at present.However the incremental cost of the green building has been not analyzed and grasped accurately and it become an important reason to restrict the development of the green building.The parameters affecting the incremental cost of the green building were analyzed.It was found that the technical measures,project areas,project positioning and the time of feasibility studies are main four influencing factors on the incremental cost of the green building.The effective measures were also given for the reducing incremental cost the green building.
