The Optimization of University Library Reference Service under the Network Environment

Reference service is the core of library business,especially for college teachers and students to complete learning,teaching and research assistant.Under the network environment,university library reference service object,service content,service mode and service means have changed,and the university library should solve the readers' problems,develop and optimize information resources,advance operation mode of digital reference,improve librarians' quality in four aspects,optimize reference consulting work,and serve the readers better.
