Abstract

The right of other property means a restrictive right of the beneficiary for enjoying other's belongings on the basis of law. It contrasts with the right of own property. The two rights have represented a complete relation of property and rights in civil law. At present, outlining a system of property rights in the Chinese style is a natural requirement for the development of socialist market economy.
