Marxist Theory of Property Rights

Marxist theory of property rights is a complete and scientific theoretical system, which includes the meanings and nature of property rights. It holds that property rights are the relationship or right in which property owns the nature of exclusion and belongingness with its essence being the economic relationship or right between human beings. The function of property rights includes such rights as ownership, possesion, use, allocation and management. The structure of the functions of property rights can be either unified, or separated. Property rights have the functions of inspiring, controlling, disposing of resources and protecting of internal manangement relationship of an enterprise.
