Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the technology of extraction for compound Radix Codonopsis Polysaccharides.METHODS The experiment adopts ultrasound wave technology to extract the polysaccharides from compound Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae.Phenol-sulphate colorimetry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides.According to the yield of polysaccharides and extracts, the orthogonal design was used to optimize the technology of extraction of polysaccharides.RESULTS Extraction times would be the main factor that affects the extraction of the polysaccharides, secondly, extraction temperature,solid-liquid rate and time.CONCLUSION The optimal extraction method was 40 ℃,6-fold water,20 min,3 times.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
