Abstract
Using 1,4-butanediol and methyl acetate-methanol binary azeotropeforming ternary azeotrope, studied the separation process of methyl acetate-methanol binary azeotrope.By the methods of distillation, atmospheric distillation, vacuum distillation and freezing, mainly studied the method of separation of the methanol, and obtained the optimum conditions. It was found that the atmospheric distillation was feasible, the purity of methyl acetate could reach 99.7% and the yield could reach 98.1%,and the purity of methanol could reach 96.1% and the yield could reach 95.2%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
