Abstract

Double channel Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer can simultaneously determine arsenic and mercury in food. The method to predispose the sample for the determination is simple and rapid. Its liner range is As 0.5~100 μg/L,Hg 0.1~60 μg/L;little interference exists in base. Its detection limit is As 0.02 μg/L,Hg 0.01 μg/L.The recoveries are As 99.0%~106.0%,Hg 89.1%~96.3%,while the relative standard deviation is less than 3.50%( n =24).
