Abstract
The growth effects and immunity responses of Kunming mice were compared with three disposals: celiac injection with cation-lipid-wrapped VpGH,VpGH plus VpIL-6 and pure lipid as control.The result revealed that indices of the rats weight gain rate and plasina GH by VpGH solely and co-expression of VPGH and VpIL-6 were evidently boosted up compared with those of rats disposed by control,and it was the biggest effect in the 4th week.Co-expression of VPGH and VpIL-6 were evidently boosted up compared with the ones of rats disposed by VpGH genes solely.Besides 1st and 2nd weeks,the number of white blood cell and red blood cell does not show remarkable difference with the control.In the contents of IgG,three disposals do not show remarkable difference in all time.
