Abstract
Growth effects and immunity responses of Kunming mice were compared with two groups, which were intraperitoneal injection with cationic-lipid-wrapped VpGH and VpGH plus VpIL-4.Results revealed that the weight increase range of the group injected with VpGH was higher than that of group injected with VpGH and VpIL-4.But there were no significant difference in plasma growth hormone content between the two groups. The number of white blood cell and red blood cell also showed no significant difference. There was no significant difference in the expression of IgG.
