Abstract

The control of hydrolysis process of synthesizing technology of naphthalene-based superplasticizer strongly affects the water-reducing performance of final product.The hydrolysis process of synthesizing technology of naphthalene-based superplasticizer was systematically investigated.The obtained results show that the optimum final acidity degree of hydrolysis process is 28% to 30%;due to delayed characteristics of determining acidity degree,so the hydrolysis process can be controlled more precisely through coupling the amount of water and final acidity degree in hydrolysis process than only using the final acidity degree;at the premise of meeting the requirement of hydrolysis acidity degree,the reduction of amount of hydrolysis water as much as possible can improve the water-reducing performance of naphthalene-based superplasticizer.
