Abstract

This paper introduces the synthesis technology of producing naphthalene superplasticizer with naphthalene,sulfuric acid and formaldehyde by sulfonation,hydrolysis,condensation and other steps.Some reaction conditions,such as material ratio,sulfonation reaction temperature and time,condensation temperature and time on the effects of product performance have been examined by experiments.And the optimal reaction conditions have been obtained.
