On Yuan Shikai's New Authorism Politics at the Early of the Republic of China

In the first year of the Republic of China,feudal autocracy was overthrown,but democracy was failed to set up because of lacking democratic conditions.China was out of norm.There should be transitional forceful domination with modern guidance when China transferred from feudal autocracy to democracy gradually.Yuan Shikai carried out autocratic centralization and administration reform with modern guidance in political field and led to stability and unity in China.He encouraged development of capitalist industry and commerce and resulted in golden age of development of Chinese capitalism.He promoted the development of modern culture and education and united ideology with Confucianism culture and brought about the development of culture and education to some extent.Yuan Shikai's domination before Hongxian Monarchy conformed to Chinese situation at that time and was reasonable.
