Abstract

The studies of the Japanese-Chinese translation history were exclusively about translations done since the Qing Dynasty,but none about those of the Ming Dynasty or before.In fact,beginning from the historical records of the Wei and Jin Dynasties,the ways the historians explained the Japanese terms in Chinese resemble the modern translation methods in features.Therefore,the Japanese-Chinese translation history can be traced back to the Wei and Jin Dynasties.
