Determination of the Microelements in Qi-regulating Chinese Herbal Medicines

Abstract

Objective To determine the contents of Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn in Qi-regulating chinese herbal medicines.Methods The samples were digested with HClO4-HNO3(4∶1),and the contents of four microelements were determined by FAAS.Results The microelements were rich in Qi-regulating Chinese herbal medicines and the average recovery of spiked samples was 96.28%.Conclusion In the 5 Chinese herbal medicines,the contents of Zn,Fe and Mn are high,and those of Cu are low.The contents basis of microelements has been provided for medicine dose and the development of new medicine.
