Abstract

The eight microelements in the three types of Chinese herbal medicines were determined by FAAS.The sample were digested with V(HNO3)+V(HClO4)=4+1 before determination.The results showed that the content of Ca was the most and Cu was the less in Hedysarum herb,the content of Mg was the most and Cu was the less in Astragalus memberanaceus and Isatis indigotica Fort.The recovery(n=7) is 96.07%~101.26%,RSD(n=7)is 0.60%~2.99%.
