Abstract
Objective To study the influence of evidence-based nursing for the psychological state of patients with local anesthesia operation. Methods Seventy-eight cases of patients with local anesthesia operation in our hospital from October 2009 to November 2011 were selected as research object, and they were divided into control group (routine nursing group) and observation group (evidence-based nursing group) with 39 cases in each group according to random number table, then the POMS score of two groups before the nursing and after the surgery immediately were evaluated and compared. Results The POMS score of observation group after the surgery immediately were all better than those of control group, the differences were all statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion The influence of evidence-based nursing for the psychological state of patients with local anesthesia operation is better, and the effect in improving the emotional state of patients is obvious.
