Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention on the anxiety and complications of patients in the operation room. Methods 88 patients from February 2013 ~ February 2014,using the method of random digits, were divided into study group and control group,44 cases in each group. The control group was carried out routine perioperative nursing, while the study group was carried out evidence-based nursing intervention. Record two groups of patients in SAS and VAS scales, and compared the incidence of wound infection. Results Before surgery 2H and after surgery 1D,the scores of SAS and VAS in the study group were lower than those of the control group( P0. 05). After surgery 1D,the pain score in the study group was lower than that in the control group( P0. 05). The infection rate of incision in the study group was 4. 5%( 2 /44),which was lower than that of the control group( 5 /44),and the difference was statistically significant( P0. 05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing applied in operation room patients, can reduce the anxiety and pain, and can reduce the incidence of incision infection.
