Abstract
Through the establishment of rat animal model of traumatic brain injury, using IgG immunohistochemistry staining, wet and dry weight determination of brain water content,Evans Blue(EB) Determination of rat blood-brain barrier(BBB) permeability changes in semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) to detect expression of AQP4 mRNA in brain tissue and its changes, study the acute experimental traumatic brain injury in rats with water-channel protein 4(AQP4) expression in the laws, acute generated by the relationship between brain edema, and explore the traumatic brain injury in rats lead to acute brain edema in AQP4 expression and its relationship with the blood brain barrier(blood-brainbarrier,BBB) permeability relationship, analyze thr Molecular biological mechanisms of AQP4 in traumatic brain edema.
