Discussion on the Legal Reform of China's Intellectual Property Law from the Perspective of TRIPS

The intellectual property system is not only an important system of effective protection of intellectual property,but also a system to stimulate knowledge production,dissemination and application.With the increasing development of economic globalization and the increasing internationalization of intellectual property protection,the intellectual property system will be more and more important in the future.The intellectual property legislation and the law enforcement mechanism will come to maturity and perfection in the process of blending into economic globalization and fulfillment of commitments in international conventions on intellectual property.
