Abstract

After entering into WTO,according to the requirements of TRIPS,in the substantive and procedural aspects,China has forcefully strengthened the intellectual property protection. The legal issues arising from foreign investment in intellectual property require China to analyze and master the other national and international legal provisions on intellectual property rights. In line with our real situation, analyzing the gaps in intellectual property law between China and other countries can gradually improve China's intellectual property rights legal system. In particular, the focus should be put on law enforcement and judicial systems.
