Abstract

Objective:To formulate a standard for the quality control of Naoluoan Capsule.Methods:Identify qualitative of Astragaloside Ⅳ by TLC-scanning,and the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by HPLC.Results:The TLC spots were highly specific,clear and concentrated,without interference by the presence of negative controls.The linear range of Astragaloside Ⅳ was obtained between 7.8~500μg/mL(r=0.9997).Conclusions:This standard can be used effectively for the quality control of Naoluoan Capsule.
