Abstract
Objective To study the changes of pathology and positive expression of mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)in lungs of BALB/c mice by PCR after mycoplasma pneumonia infection. Methods The mycoplasma pneumonia infection model was builded by inhalation in BALB/c mouse;the pathology and the positive expression of MP were detected by PCR on 3 days,7 days,14 days,21 days after mycoplasma pneumonia infection. Results Compare with control group, the lungs of BALB/c mice infected by mycoplasma pneumonia were larger and heavier(P﹤0.01);the inflammation in lungs tissue of mice were significantly on 3 days and 7 days, and alleviated on 14 days, disappeared on 21 days;the MP positive expression was observed in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) on 7days after mycoplasma pneumonia infection. Conclusion BALB/c mice is succsessfully infecte by mycoplasma pneumonia, and inflammation is significantly on 7 day after MP infection.
