Abstract

The Coptis Chinensis samples were digested by HNO_3-H_2O_2,and the amounts of Ca,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,Zn in the samples were determined by ICP-AES.The RSDs are 2.4%—6.6% and the recoveries are 92.5%—103.9%.The results are satisfactory.
