Abstract
By way of discussing enterprise culture and its construction,the author expounds the idea that the key to the development of enterprise is a well-developed enterprise culture,which can in turn lead to an all-round improvement of enterprise and a foundamental change in the enterprise.It's the way to success and the base for rigorous development of the enterprise. [
