The Construction of Enterprise Culture

Abstract
Enterprise culture consists of both enterprise and culture, which is cultrial phenomenon of plentiful content and unity of enterprise culture and enterprise spirit. We analyze the main problems lying before an enterprise when it has trouble in culture constructing. By discussing the function and importance of the enterprise culture, the paper also gives us some key points in enterprise culture construction.
