Technological Innovation Efficiency Change and Influence Factors of Chinese Manuf acturing Industries——Based on Panel Data(2001-2008) of 29 Manufacturing Industries

Abstract
Based on Malmquist index and DEA model,this paper evaluates the dynamic changes in technological innovation efficiency of 29 industries.The results show that: The improvement of technological innovation efficiency is not obvious,the average annual growth is only 0.8%,and the technical efficiency is the main source.The technological innovation index of 29 manufacturing industries is different,and 14 industries witness a positive increase in technological innovation efficiency,26 industries achieve the technical efficiency improvements.The technological innovation efficiency is influenced by many factors,market structure and enterprise scale have significant positive correlation to the technology innovation efficiency,while enterprise ownership has no obvious correlation to it.
