Abstract

Based on inter-provincial panel data from 2000 to 2010,this paper measured the technology innovation's TFP of hi-tech industries in China with DEA-Malmquist and bootstrap method.Empirical results showed that the technology innovation's efficiency fluctuated continuously from 2000 to 2010,and the improvement of technology innovation efficiency was not satisfactory.From the three regions and provinces,there were significant differences in the change in the technological innovation's efficiency of hi-tech industries.In the short term,the regional technical innovation's TFP changes of hi-tech industries showed divergent,and in the long-term there was a strong convergence trend.
