On Enhancement of Human Resource Management in Electric Power Enterprises

This in-depth analysis of the current status of human resources in electric power enterprises finds some problems,such as,low quality of talents,lack of human resources,the irrational structure of human resources management,and the backward management concept.According to the practical management experience,this thesis proposes that electric power enterprises can strengthen its human resources management in the way of increasing investment in human resource training and management,formulating a reasonable HR recruitment system,establishing a flexible human resource management model and establishing corporate culture
