Abstract
The relation between the mean radiant temperature that affects human body thermal comfort and the air environmental temperature was derived according to the Fanger's comfort equation. It's showed that these two temperatures are in the negative proportional relation with equal absolute value of increment and decrement in the same thermal comfort condition. Finally, the economizing on energy and human comfort of radiant heating or cooling system were discussed.
