Abstract

Traditionally,it has been generally accepted that compensation for non-property distress is not included in liability for breach of contract.However,such theory doesn't give protection to man's non-property interest.Through investigating the legislation and judicial practice in our country,we can see that the definite protections on the compensation of non-property distress still don't exist in our legislation.Therefore,we should incorporate non-property compensation into liability for breach of contract,which is necessary and meaningful.
