Abstract

AIM: To observe the effects of hemorheology and microcirculation on rat model of blood stasis syndrome on the xianbeiling . METHODS: In the 14 days ,The rat was administered continuously the xianbeiling by im (0.25 ml·kg -1 ). At the 13 d, the rat of both the experiment group and model group were made the model of blood stasis syndrome by ip adrenalin (0.07 ml·kg -1 ) and the stimulation of ice water,to observe the microcirculation of mesentery and determine the index of hemorheology; the same bulk of NS was administered in controll, the same bulk of PASS was iv in model. RESULTS: Comparing the model, the xianbeiling can markedly improve the index of the hemorheology and microcirculation ( P 0.05 or P 0.01). CONCLUSION: The xianbeiling has the ability of improvement on the rat of blood stasis syndrome.
