Abstract

By investigating physical education of common junior high school in Zhoukou city and analyzing the outside physical activity of lesson, the school athletics of teaching and the science research of high school athletics in three ways. The author find outing its advantage and margin and bring upping the strategy. The goal is promote the development in Zhoukou physical education. of common junior high school 
