Abstract

According to Fire Prevention Law of the Peoples Republic of China,fire emergency rescue is a statutory duty of police fire brigade and full-time fire brigade.And according to the legal norms,fire emergency rescue is not only a professional power but also a backbone power of government emergency rescue.Analyzed from the perspective of legal theory,fire emergency rescue should also be regarded as the main power of government emergency rescue.
