Clinical analyse in 80 ectopic pregnancy treated using mifepristone combined Methotrexate

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the medical treatment using mifepristone combined methotrexate in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 146 cases of ectopic pregnancy by medical treatment were studied retrospectively.Group A:Study group:80 cases treated by mifepristone combined methotrexate;B:contrast group.Group B:66 cases treated by methotrexate only.Results Study group had higher cure rate(68/80)than contrast group.(20/66),P0.01.Conclusions Mifepristone combined methotrexate is a effective medical treatment for early stable ectopic pregnancy,and it is cheap,convinient and safe.
