Clinical analyse in 80 ectopic pregnancy treated using Mifepristone combined Methotrexate.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of the medical treatment using mifepristone combined methotrexate in ectopic pregnancy.Method:146 cases of ectopic pregnancy by medical treatment were studied retrospectively.Group A:Study group:80 cases treated by mifepristone combined methotrexate;B:contrast group.Group B:66 cases treated by methotrexate only.Result:Study group had higher cure rate(68/80) than contrast group.(20/66),P0.01.Conclusion:mifepristone combined methotrexate is a effective medical treatment for early stable ectopic pregnancy,and it is cheap,convinient and safe.
