Abstract

Objective To evaluate the use of low-dose estrogen to induce ovulation in patients with ovulation and endometrial development impact. Methods From May 2010 to May 2013 Shangqiu MCH Hospital 80 cases of anovulatory infertile women were divided into normal group and observation group, normal group of 40 patients using only clomiphene to promote ovulation, observe group of 40 patients in the general group, based on the use of small doses of estrogen on follicular development and endometrial thickness monitoring, compared to two sets of results. Results The use of clomiphene ovulation in patients with higher rate, lower pregnancy rate, plus estrogen, the two groups had similar ovulation rate, pregnancy rate significantly increased, reaching 75. 09%; Ordinary group of advanced endometrial hyperplasia thickness( 0. 74 ± 0. 21) cm,reaching the observation group( 1. 02 ± 0. 22) cm,the two groups were statistically significant differences in the results compared. Conclusions Estrogen and clomiphene combination can promote the growth of the endometrium, estrogen had no effect on ovulation rate.
