Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment for Hyperbilirubinemia of Viral Hepatitis with Matrine combined with higher doses Danshen Injection. Methods 60 patients with hyperbilirubinemia of viral hepatitis randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the control group every patient was given diammonium Glycyrrhizinate?Potassium Magnesium Aspartate Injection?TAD?Human Albumin?Blood Plasma etc. In the treatment group every patients was given Matrine (150mg/d) combined with Danshen Injection (40ml/d) additionally. Results During the treatment of 4 weeks, all patients showed decreased serum TBil?ALT and PT. In the treatment group, the rates of decreased serum TBil and PT significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Matrine combined with higher doses Danshen Injection has satisfied efficacy and safety in treatment for Hyperbilirubinemia of Viral Hepatitis.
