Ruimifentanyl assistant induction of general anesthesia in short laparoscopic operation

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effects of ruimifentanyl to assist general anesthesia in short laparoscopic surgery.Methods: 2,000 cases undergoing short laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into ruimifentanyl group 1 and conventional group 2.Blood pressure was measured at each interval of 1 min during general anesthesia induction,and interval of 5 min during anesthesia maintenance phase and recovering period,along with mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),the respiratory rate of recovery period,and oxygen saturation.Result: During the period of anesthesia induction and after tracheal intubation,the heart rate and blood pressure in group 2 were significantly lower than group 1(P0.01),and the amounts of ephedrine and atropine in group 2 were more than group 1(P0.05).The difference of heart rate and blood pressure were not significant in the 2 groups during anesthesia maintenance phase and recovery period(P0.05).The respiratory rate and oxygen saturation in recovery period,the group 2 was significantly lower than group 1(P0.05).The recovery time in group 2 was longer than group 1(P0.05),and the rate of drowsiness higher than group 1(P0.01).Conclusion: General anesthesia assisted by ruimifentanyl is feasible in short laparoscopic surgery.
