Abstract

Traditional microbiological separation training and classification method in the laboratory has great limitations in reflecting genetic information of the soil microorganism,so it is replaced by molecular biology method gradually now.On the base of explaining the principle of the approach PCR-DGGE,we analyse its specific application and improvements in the research of microbial diversity.
