Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with depression in elderly coronary artery disease.Methods Screening October 2010 to October 2011 in our hospital,90 cases of patients with coronary artery disease and depression,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 45 cases each.The control group received conventional coronary heart disease drugs and antidepressant treatment,the treatment group given nursing intervention on this basis to observe the efficacy of the two groups and analysis.Results Three months after the intervention,the SDS scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than the SDS scores of the control group;SAQ score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the SAQ score;and the treatment group relapse rate was significantly lower than the control group,the relapse rate.P0.05 statistically significant.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the elderly coronary heart disease associated with depression,is worthy of clinical,social,family members should be given to the care of older people enough.
