Abstract
Objective: To explore X-ray diagnosis value of lumbar disc herniation and compare with CT.Methods: 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation were performed X-ray at the spot of spine APLAT.And CT scanning were underwent at the position of L5 / S1、 L4 /5、L3 /4.Then the X-ray and CT features were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Different degrees of changes in lumbar disc herniation were figured out by CT among the 50 patients. And 61 lumbar disc herniations were found. The direct X-ray signs of lumbar disc herniation are: the soft tissue density mass of intervertebral space into the spinal canal.Among 22 patients,25 changes of lumbar disc herniation were figured out.Compared with CT,the diagnosis coincidence rate is 41%.The indirect X-ray signs of lumbar disc herniation are: narrow intervertebral space, changes of physiological curvature,Schmorl snode, the posterior border of vertebra body upward, calcify or gas in intervertebral space.Among 16 patients,19 changes of lumbar disc herniation were figured out.Compared with CT,the diagnosis coincidence rate is 31%.Conclusion: There is great significance of X-ray for the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. It can guide the CT scanning.
