The Right to Know in Constitution and Its Relief

Progress in the rule of law in modern society is shown in the fact that the right to know has changed to one basic human right from a right theory.In present China,the right to know is defined as a right or freedom to know all the information concerning their interests without infringing on other's legal rights.Now that we still do not have a law system for protecting the right to know,we cannot aid in time citizens whose rights to know have been violated.To guarantee the people's basic rights and interests,we need to complete the law system of protecting the right to know and create aiding procedures for its protection.
