Abstract

Being one important part of construction of well-off society, the construction of spiritual civilization of urban communities plays an important role in enhancing civilization level of people, urging urban reform, development and stability, and speeding paces of reaching the international standards. The spiritual civilization construction of urban communities must follow these principles: overall development, being human-centered, suiting measures to local conditions, joint participation, strengthening investment, valuing the foundation, making most of advantages, innovating systems, strengthening civilization awareness and sustainable development.
