Abstract

The kinematic and dynamic characteristics of piston pump with inclined piston are more complex than that of piston pump with parallel piston due to the piston inclined angle of the former.In order to achieve higher design accuracy,the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of piston pump with inclined piston was studied by using traditional theory of solid geometry.Besides,the virtual prototype of piston pump with inclined piston-A11VO190 pump was fabricated based on Pro/E and ADAMS software.Compared to the theoretical analysis,the simulation showed that the theoretically derived motion equation was proper analysis and the virtual prototype technique coud be applied to the pump design.
