Abstract
The 3D axial piston pump model was built based on virtual prototype technology (VPT).The actual kinematic pairs of the parts and fluid characters were introduced into the model, thus the virtual prototype of piston pump could work as a real pump.A solid-liquid and rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype of axial piston pump with finite element model of piston was built. The stress and strain of piston were simulated. The simulation results accord with the theory and provide reference for structure improving and performance optimizing of axial piston pump.
